TEA I LOVE AND DRINK 2x PER DAY

I am slowly moving away from coffee and enjoying tea.

I’m also trying to stop taking so much medicine for my allergies, headaches and sleep! I do have asthma, but it’s a mild case, but it still has to be controlled.

So here I am drinking these teas twice a day and seeing a difference in my breathing, allergies, digestion and headaches! It’s working for me and I love that for me lol
