It’s a traditional Javanese massage! My masseuse (Vee) actually used to own a shop in JB but came to SG to work because of covid. She has like 30 years of experience for traditional Indian style massage. I was absolutely wow-ed by her. A simple foot massage and she could tell some of my health issues.

HEAR ME OUT. After 10 mins of massage, she told me that she could feel that my body has a lot of wind and it has been transferred to her (?!?!?!). I never knew that was possible but yes, I do have a lot of wind in my body ever since young.

There are like different parts on the bottom of your feet that represents the different organs. She could also tell that my eye was really tired (it’s true!!! I just recovered from a sty and dryness not long ago). Vee also said that I don’t sleep enough 😱. At that point in time I was just asking her a lot of questions to test what else she knows!

Personally, my leg feels much lighter after the massage and all my muscle tensions were relieved. Much easier to walk and less aching. It must’ve been 5 years worth of tension especially since I stopped stretching as compared to before.
