easy things that have upgraded my life

simple life upgrades?! my FAV. I love small things to add into the day that really just make each moment more efficient, enjoyable, and make life feel so streamlined. What are simple things that you've done to upgrade your life? Would LOVE to try them!! A few more things that are just so automatic now I barely think about them:

-Switched to 100% cotton organic sheets

-Real silk pillowcases

-A reverse osmosis water filter (the BEST way to filter out fluoride)

-air filter

there's probably more since im so picky, but their so automatic that I can't think of them on the spot!
