1. download your meditation to your phone (using apple music or itunes)

2. set alarm like usual

3. Click sound, then "pick a song"

4. Select meditation then click "save"!

THE 10,000 STEPS WIDGET

1. download STEPS on your phone

2. Set goal to 10,000 steps

3. touch and hold the unlocked lock screen

4. tap customize , then the lock screen

5. tap add widgets below the time indicator

6. scroll down and press steps! I like the one that shows the percentage!

NIGHTTIME RED LIGHT SCREEN

Go to Settings>General>accessibility>accessibility shortcut >color filter > select color tint, turn hue and intensity all the way up!! Now when you click your power button 3 times it will turn red. Click it 3 more times to turn it back!
