Its lunch time! 🌸 Tuna and crackers! 💕

Lunch time doesn’t have to be complicated or a big meal. I’m keeping it light with this tuna salad dip and some crackers.

I was able to make this tuna dip last 2-3 days. I think If you keep everything well packaged and refrigerated it can last up to a week, meaning you’ll be able to have a ready to go lunch whenever.

What I put in my tuna:

•celery (chopped & tiny)

•green onion (chopped only greens)

•red onion (chopped)

•parsley (chopped)

•lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

•Mayo (just a spoon full)

•salt and pepper

I’m not a big tuna sandwich person but this would be a great recipe for that. Paired with your favorite sparkling water this is great, feel good no bloat lunch.
