Surfing could change your life!

Surfing will change your life. It sure did change mine.

Here is a list of 10 reasons why I love surfing and why you will too:

1. You become more in tune with our earth cycle 2. You watch the sunrise & sunset more

3. Your skin thanks you bc you spend more time in the sunshine

4. Your body thanks you bc you are doing a “workout” that is fun

5. You are reminded of your place inn the food chain—sharks are very pregnant especially in California

6. You are humbled, over and over and over again bc the ocean is the most powerful

7. You become a more patient person—you cannot be anywhere but inn the moment

8. You become more spiritual bc surfing is a form of meditation

9. You become apart of an amazing community of people who are also passionate about the ocean 10. You can travel all around the world to surf!
