spoiler alert: TIPO is worth the hype

i finally tried the viral TIPO group pasta and the strada outlet at the working capital was one of the best pastas ive ever had!

what we had:

- prawn in pink with pampanelle pasta (pepper lime) $17.90

- rosé duck with fusilli (garlic dill) $15.50

the pastas were truly cooked al dente and very nicely proportioned (not too filling). the pink sauce was amaaazing and soo delicious & creamy. out of the red, white and pink, i highly suggest trying the pink pasta base. the garlic fusilli was not overpowering, it was very fragrant & wonderful. the pepper lime on the other hand, was slightly milder and added just a tinge of tangy flavour to the pampanelle.

- three berry and lime soda $7

- watermelon soda $7

the soda coolers were not super carbonated, but its super fruity and refreshing, would definitely buy again

i would recommend heading down in the afternoon for less crowds, but definitely do not miss out on this outlet if you havent tried it! im excited to try out other flavours on my next visit!
