I rip out my eyelashes when in anxious...

im aware that title might be slightly alarming but its true. it mostly happens when i think about or talk to my mother honestly. i have always had a difficult and stressful relationship with her but now that ive moved out, im coming to realize how much if a narcissist she really is and it kind of drives me crazy.... crazy enough to rip out my eyelashes😰 i love my mom very much dont get me wrong... im just a very anxious person and when someone is extremely self absorbed and incapable of doing anything for anyone else, it stresses me out.

it starts with me becoming hypersensitive to things, especially my mascara so when i feel it on my eyes, i start to pick it off because of how overwhelmed i am. then i just start pulling out my eyelashes all together!!

it anyone knows how to stop doing this, i really need the help. i havent been wearing mascara recently and ive just been curling my eyelashes and putting some castor oil on them to help them come back in
