🎉FLNT (“flint”) is a buzzy social spot fit for occasions throughout the day and late into the evening. Within Singapore, FLNT sets itself apart from the others as a rising star in the country’s distinctive restaurant and bar scene as the sole Nikkei-influenced sukiyaki Bar and Grill in town. With a notable food and bar program in hand, it embodies the progressive union of Japanese-meets-Peruvian, with elevated cocktails, speciality sakés, and elegant dishes – a union of all which makes for a great restaurant and bar.

🪞The chic and luxurious rooftop space, with dramatic city views and lush natural lights flooding in from the lofty windows, provides a multi-sensory experience for guests withdrawing from the daily bustles at the ground, seeking respite amidst the clouds at FLNT, 55 storeys above ground. An open galley treats guests to the chefs at work in the kitchen, where a plethora of sharing plates is prepared with immaculate precision over a binchotan-fuelled grill.

🎁FLNT @ 1-ATICO is a gastro bar serving Nikkei cuisine, which is described as a union of Japanese culinary traditions with the depth of exotic Peruvian ingredients. Sashimi, Miso Cod, Wagyu Beef as well as Cerviche and Iberico Pork are some of the items on the menu. There are tasting menus for dinner and affordable sets for lunch.

🥘The FLNT Set Lunch is a 4-course affair – a choice of main course plus appetizer, soup and fruits. We opted for the Wagyu Don Set ($70) and Tempura Don Set ($30). The presentation was simple. The entire meal was served on a tray.
