🥗Kimbap or sometimes referred to as gimbap, is a delicious and healthy meal filled with various vegetables, eggs or meat and much more, depends on what you like.
🍗If you're on a diet and you're still in the mood for kimbap, or if you want to try something a bit different from your cookbook, you can try this version of kimbap that omits rice. Low to no carbs, no rice, but with a great deal of protein!
Ingredients:
🥬Lettuce,
🥕Radish,
🥓Crab stick,
🥚Egg,
🥗Seaweed sheet
Here's the step by step procedure on how you can make a Kimbap without rice:
🍗1. Prepare the kimbap filling ingredients
-Cut the Radish, Crab stick and lettuce in strips then wash it
-Beat 2 eggs
-Seaweed sheet
🍗2. Start by mixing your eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and cook them in a non-sticky pan so that it will be slim and round. Leave to cool.
🍗3. Sauté the shredded radish in the pan until soft, add a little salt and pepper to add flavor then set aside.
🍗4. Boil the crab stick until softened (depending on your preference, you may cook it or eat it raw). Allow to cool.
🍗5. Slice the eggs in strips. Similar to the other ingredients slice that you will use.
🍗6. Place the seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat or flat surface.
🍗7. Add the egg strips to the top of the seaweed sheet.
🍗8. Add the crab stick, lettuce and radish
🍗9. Roll the seaweed sheet upward from the bottom. Ensure that the filling does not overfill the roll.
🍗10. Stamp your finger with water and roll on the edge of the seaweed sheet to seal the roll. Make sure you keep it tight enough.
🍗11. Once you're done, lightly brush with sesame oil. Then cut into mouthfuls. You can also choose to eat it like a burrito.
