Let's make a homemade simple version of Yom Woon Sen.
Yom woon sen is a traditional soury glass noodle salad originating from Thailand which is so
suitable for summer. The salad is characterized by bright and refreshing flavors and crunchy
texture. Yom woon sen is usually served cold or lukewarm and can be found in many Thai
restaurants, but I will prefer prepare at home which I can adjust the spicy level & ingredients
based on my own favorite.
