Did ZYM Mobile block me…

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Basically I informed them about an overcharge on my bill on Friday and asked if they can help me check. They said they would have to transfer me to another team and get back to me. This was on Friday at 5pm-ish. I acknowledged and waited but it’s been 5 days and til now there’s still no response??

I’m not very sure what to do since they have no physical shop. Their HQ is at Ubi and only operate on weekdays til 6:30pm 😫. This means I can’t go down after work or even on weekends!

Do u think they blocked me?? 💀What should I do gosh 🥲
