Crockpot Chicken Chili 🥣🤎

So delicious and filling 🤗

Ingredients

- 2 large chicken breasts

- 2 cans rotel (undrained)

- 2 cans corn (undrained)

- 2 cans pinto beans (drained and rinsed)

- 2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)

* I used all “no salt added” cans

- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp cumin

- 2 packets of ranch seasoning

- 2 8oz blocks of cream cheese

Add all to the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is done. Once done, remove chicken to shred it and then add back. Top with shredded cheese & serve with cheddar biscuits 😋
