Homemade tomato sauce 🍅 HITS DIFFERENT!!!

Tomato season is here and all of the sweet, fresh, and delicious tomato sauces shall be consumed at our house!! This year we had 19 tomato plants growing 12 different varieties! We really kicked up our tomato game considering we normally only have 4 tomato plants!

✨Sharing yet another eyeball recipe✨

🍅 I usually add:

- 1 Tablespoon Sugar

- 2 stems of Basil

- 2 - 3 cloves of Garlic

- Rind from real regiano parmigiana cheese (infuses great flavor into the sauce, remove before consuming)

I usually simmer on low for 1-3 hours depending on how much it evaporates / the color. I really let the sauce tell me when it’s done. I typically blend until smooth.
