1MILLION DANCE CLASS🕺🏻🇰🇷 (all you need to know!!)

hey zesties!! I will be sharing about the process and my personal experience of attending a 1MILLION dance class in korea!!

always make sure you do proper research on the type of dance you're interested in, look up dance vids of the various classes!!

Steps to attending the classes:

𝟭. 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟭𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗣𝗣!

you will need this to buy the tickets and book your classes. If you are going with someone, they will need to download the app too, as you need to get your tickets separately :)

𝟮. 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘

upon downloading the app, click on ‘SCHEDULE’ to view the respective dancers’ class dates.

They have different difficulty levels ranging from ‘Step By 1M’, ‘Learner’, ‘Master’ and others! I went for the Learner class !

𝟯. 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦

Go under ‘TICKETS’ to buy your class ticket. you can opt for the ticket bundle if you are staying in korea for a longer time as it is cheaper, but i just bought the single ticket!𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙥𝙖𝙡!

𝟰. 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦

After purchasing the ticket, go back to schedule and book the dance class! The ticket acts as a ‘coupon’ here. dont worry this is 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙁𝘾𝙁𝙎

𝟱. 𝗚𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦

𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙁𝘾𝙁𝙎. you can go down earlier to the studio if you wish to get the front row especially if the dancers are popular such as the SWF members etc!! I went for Harimu’s class and we went there 30 mins earlier and we were in the 4th row!

𝟲. 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗬

few minutes before the class, a staff member will check your ticket and scan your 1MILLION app QR code. make sure you have the app downloaded on your phone!

𝟳. 𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦

they usually start with a simple warm-up, then the dance class. Everyone gets a chance to showcase their dance, and you can ask someone to film you if you're alone—the people are really nice. The session ends with the instructor selecting a few for YouTube filming 😛.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, JUST HAVE FUN!! It’s totally fine if you have no experience, i went there with little professional dancing experience too and had so much fun!! no one’s gonna judge you!!!!
