When studying you need to be prepared to sit through time. Set a reasonable amount of time you want to study and bring a halfway reward that’ll energize you. I also recommend choosing a drink you will sip rather than gulp down!

MENTAL HEALTH TIP:

Create an initiating routine. I ALWAYS sanitize then apply lotion to my hands before I study. It’s my way of telling my body that “this is it” or “now is the time”.

SAVE MONEY TIP:

Find a place that you can sit and study for free! I go to a clubhouse within my apartment complex. Your local library may be a good place if you don’t have the same resource as me!
