When it comes to birth control, I've been around the block! I’ve used the pill, Nexplanon, and the Depo shot, and trust me—each one has its perks and quirks. 😅

💊 The Pill

Great for keeping things regular, but remembering to take it every day? Not so much.

💊 Nexplanon

Loved the convenience (no more daily alarms!), but the random spotting? Not so fun.

💊 Depo Shot

A shot every 3 months with no periods- easy, right? But the intense cramping that had me keeled over in agonizing pain was too much for me to handle.
