best savoury toast that is actually filling?

my friend and i decided to head to chijmes where there were some cafes there. she recommended us to go to glasshouse as i have been to dough before!

upon arriving, the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and led me to my table. the cashier also complimented my outfit which definitely made my day! the ambience was very nice and homely, just that it was a little crowded and loud because of the weekend but other than that it was good!

in my opinion, the best part of this cafe was definitely the revuelto gramajo, which was sourdough with tomato paste, scrambled eggs and smoked ham and fried potato strips?! that tasted so good together. this is honestly the best savoury toast i have ever had!

the portion was pretty big so i recommend sharing the toast with another person as it is afterall $16!
