I was always a donut gal so honestly I’ve never tried a lot of bagels in my life but now I LOVE THEM!! If you prefer savoury over sweet, try bagels! I came across Park Backerei and I had to try their authentic handcrafted German baked goods. It’s a #musttry ! Here’s the review:

🍩 Hazelnut Double Choc Laugen Bagel

My favourite!! I love anything dark chocolate with hazelnuts~~ The saltiness of the bagels pairs super well with the oozing chocolate core and the hazelnut topping! A must try for the chocolate lovers 🍫

🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar Laugen Bagel

If you prefer a more savoury one, try this! The outside is topped with baked cheddar and pickled jalapeño and the inside is cheesy and a little spicy! For someone that doesn’t take spice, this one sits quite well!

🍎 Speculoos Apple Lauren Bagel

I love apple crumble and this was basically the bagel version of it. It has a caramel apple filling with crushed Speculoos cookie crumbs on the outside. The sweetness from the apple and Speculoos really compliments the saltiness from the bagel!

🦔 Karamell Igel

This one is just SUPER ADORABLE!! It’s a hedgehog-shaped bread…what’s not to love about it😍 It is baked with salted caramel fudge which is just chef’s kiss🤌🏻 Cute and delicious, it is a MUST GET!

You can order the goods through the delivery apps (they provide islandwide delivery) or head down to Smart City Kitchens. Ordering through the food delivery apps is preferred because their store is quite ulu. Definitely try the bagels out! I’m craving them again just by writing this review…🤤
