This is SO good!

Ingredients:

- 1 chicken breast

- 1 frozen bag cauliflower rice

- 1 frozen bag of steamed broccoli

- 1/2 stick of butter

- 1/4 cup flour

- 1 tbsp sour cream

- 1/4 block cream cheese

- 2 cups of cheddar cheese

1. Season and sear your chicken

2. Microwave your rice and add to the pan

3. Add cooked chicken to the pan

3. Microwave broccoli and add to pan

4. Add butter to the pan

5. When butter melt, add flour, and whisk

6. When the roux gets thick, add milk, cream cheese, and sour cream

7. When all of that is combined add your cheddar cheese

8. Pour the cheese sauce into the pan and mix

9. Add the rest of your cheese to the pan

10. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
