Help! Why is my Anua Cleansing Oil Doing This!

I recently bought this oil cleanser and whenever i’m going to wash my face with this I then start to get like red pimples on my face the next day, this also happens when I wash my face with a cleansing balm. After i’m done cleansing my face with this my face starts to get tingly like whenever I move my face or talk it starts tingling me, but this also happens when I use a gel and cream cleanser too! Is my face sensitive to these products?? Am I having an allergic reaction? Does my face have to keep getting used to these products and then it will all go away? I’m still a beginner with doing skincare so help me out. If you would like to you can recommend me any other products that will help me out. |(￣3￣)|
