Eat your RETINOL, Beauty from within

Taking care of your skin from within is just as important as using skincare products. While not everyone can afford to buy retinol, you can choose to consume vegetables that are high in Vitamin A.

As a student, I prioritize skin care but don't have the extra budget for retinol products. I've learned that retinol comes in various forms, such as retinal, retinoic acid, and retinyl ester, all of which are different forms of vitamin A.

This got me thinking, what if I increase my intake of foods rich in vitamin A? I love eating vegetables, so it wouldn't be a problem for me.
