I have struggled with my skin for so long, but we finally have a healthy relationship and I know what works. everyone is so different, but this works for me. so, here are a few of my secrets to my glowy skin! okay so first off, WATER. the more you drink, the more you’re hydrated. which in turn helps your lips and your skin remain in tune with your body. this is the KEY! WATER 💦

next, SUNSCREEN. yes I understand you want to tan and if you’re anything like my husband you fight me to apply sunscreen. but I can’t express how important it is. you can tan while still wearing sunscreen, I promise. it just protects your skin from blistering, burning, harmful uv rays. PROTECT your skin, better to start young and now!

WASH YOUR FACE not once, but TWICE. yup that’s right, TWICE! exfoliate once a week, and moisturize DAILY!

when you dry your face, I recommend using paper towels instead of a dirty towel. bacteria gathers in your towel and after you wash your face, the last thing you want, is to reapply all that bacteria that you JUST washed off. I use paper towels to PAT my face dry, do not rub. & if you prefer a towel. use a soft cloth and wash it/replace it weekly, daily is even better!
