15 Stamford by Alvin Leung Review

This restaurant was recommended by one of my friends for birthday celebration. It’s a signature Asian bistro and grill restaurant, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung. Was pretty excited as Alvin Leung is a Two Michelin-starred Chef.

🤤 What I ordered:

- Atlantic Salmon $26

Nori Pie Tee, Avocado, Furikake, Gochujang Sesame Dressing

- Foie Gras Kaya Toast $28

Organic Egg Foam, Kaya Gel, Brioche

- Land Sharing Plate $238

Wagyu Beef Striploin, Pasture Fed Lamb Rack, Iberico Pork Pluma, Spatchcock, Rougie Duck Leg

- Fried Hand Cut Russet Potato Fries $16

Smoked Chilli Sea Salt, Ginger Flower, Tamarind Vinegar

❤️ What I love:

- Ambience feels luxe, it’s nice for birthday celebration for your loved ones (recommend for couples instead of friends)

- Quality of the food is pretty good

💔 What I feel can be better:

- Portion is small for sharing (eg. for the kaya toast, there is only 2 small slices)

- Price point on a steeper side

- I personally feel for the price point, we can get better ambience and food elsewhere

Would I come back again? Probably not. But is it worth to experience once? Maybe :)
