dEATS:

- pan fry some corn tortillas in avocado oil or ghee until crispy, and set aside on paper towels

- cook chorizo and southern style hash browns according to package directions (season as you like) and pile onto your tortillas

- fry some eggs to go on top!

- add salsa, hot sauce, avocado, lime, cilantro, etc... whatever you like!

- enjoy! 😋
