MY DOUBLE TURKEY SMASHBURGERS🍔

🍔YALLLLLLLL! I finally got my turkey smashburger recipe all👏🏾the👏🏾way👏🏾down👏🏾!

🍔Turkey can be hard to nail down flavor wise bc she be dry honey and the first time i made these they were good but they lacked the ✨flavor✨ that i wanted.

🍔The improvements I made for the second time around included:

-adding french onion soup mix into the ground turkey along with the normal seasonings(garlic powder, onion powder, tony’s,etc)

-forming all of the balls of meat before starting to cook and separating them with parchment paper(which helps you to smash your burger without having it stick to your spatula)

💡this tip also helped me to achieve thinner patties!

-i also let my cheddar cheese melt onto the patties while they were in the skillet(shoulda beeen doing that lol but ya live and ya learn😅)

-I got fancy and bought potato rolls which just make a burger taste 200x better in my opinion🤷🏾‍♀️ and they look better too!
