So, we found this cool hidden gem in Azabudai Hills! You go up to the 33rd floor and then they tell you to head to the 34th floor where there’s a café. Entrance is 500 yen (around $3), and you gotta get one drink per person. The views are beautiful, but if you want 360-degree views, I'd still recommend Tokyo Tower instead.

Also, the building is massive and it can be a bit hard to find, so just show them the video or ask for the sky room and they’ll direct you the right way!
