Retro 📠🗝️💾 Mid-century interior inspo 🇹🇼☕️Taipei Cafe

Sharing one of the cafes ☕️ we loved during our trip to Taiwan. A short walk away from Ximen or Taipei Main Station, the cafe is called FuFu (富富) and can we say we fell in love with it the moment we stepped in 🥹

🍰 First of all, the pastries were to-die-for - not only do they taste good (and not too sweet, just perfect), the way they were presented was also really cute. I could still remember the perfect sweet and salty balance from their scones like yesterday. Salivating just thinking about it! 🤤 Of course, the coffee is also really good.

ℹ️ Do note that their menu is seasonal; check their socials (ig : @fufuuhome) for their upcoming menu before visiting.

👀 They also get crowded on weekends, but you can reserve online before coming down just in case. Their menu is also Chinese only, but their staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending the popular items, even going out of their way to communicate with Google Translate.

✨ On top of the tasty and pretty pastries, the interior of the cafe was also really cute. The moment I walked in I thought that it would be a great inspo for retro or mid-century themed homes. The cafe was furnished with dark wood furniture that carries a retro charm, and the many artsy posters around the store also help set the vibe. We also see a lot of cute display lights that we wish we could bring home (time to search Taobao for similar ones!). If you like this kind of interior, this cafe is a definite must visit the next time you come to Taipei.
