To manage your expectations, these pancakes don't exactly taste like those soft and fluffy Instagram-worthy pancakes 😅. They are however good enough to satisfy one of those pancake cravings, especially if you're going on a diet. This pancake is mostly made with rolled oats, banana and eggs - extremely nutrient dense which means it will keep you full longer!
We recommend making these pancakes in a big batch too, so that you can freeze them for easy use when the next craving hits.

Ingredients (2 servings):
🍌2 Bananas
🥚2 Eggs
🌾1/2 cup Rolled Oats (other oats type don't work)
👩🍳1/2 teaspoon baking powder
🍯Honey/maple syrup (optional)
🫐Fruits for topping (optional)
How to make:
1. Mix bananas, egg, rolled oats and baking powder in a blender until smooth.
2. Leave the batter for 10-20 minutes so that it's thickened slightly.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
4. Add batter into pan. Fry until golden brown.
5. Serve with honey/maple syrup and fruits!
