anw, in case u didn’t know, Seongsu-dong 2(i)-ga is one of the best cafe streets there is in seoul, and it is also walkable to Seoul-forest station , or Ttukseom

⚠️ CAFE HOPPING TIPPPSSSSSSSS

- most cafes require at least 1 drink order per person, aka u MUST order something!!

- if u order take-out, u CANNOT dine in w the take-out food 🤯 i got kicked out from a cafe bc i had a take out drink, from that cafe itself!!

- some lines can get v long!! be ready to queue

- after lunch crowd is usually the worst timing to go

by far one of my most fav cafes in seoul bc everything is so cute?? the desserts are mostly bear shaped, even drinks come in teddy bottles 😭 it was the perfect dessert option for my picnic at the nearby seoul forest!!

🍞 𝑴𝑨𝑰𝑺𝑶𝑵 𝑫𝑬 𝑴𝑨𝑹𝑮𝑨𝑹𝑬𝑻

this gives u the warm, homely vibes 🏡 feels like my grandma baked these bakes on a warm sunny sunday morning :”) it rlly feels so cozy! but note there is no seating area within the cafe itself, it’s just a bakery, but they allow u to sit at the cafe/bar next door which serves rlly good coffee to go w ur bread!

🌧️ 𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑵 𝑹𝑬𝑷𝑶𝑹𝑻 𝑪𝑹𝑶𝑰𝑺𝑺𝑨𝑵𝑻

this is a rain themed bakery cafe, w artificial rain. my life is a joke, i went when it was REALLY snowing outside so the rain felt like 😭 i hav no one else to blame but myself!! but anw the concept is rlly cool, i wld imagine it would be amazing to visit when its summer & hot outside!

they also have mini ovens where u can choose to heat up the bread urself 💖

this cafe gives a more edgier vibe, makes me feel cool HAHHAHAAH but anw it’s more of a dark minimalist aesthetic, most of the desserts are black colour based, which is so cool!! imagine black croissants? the price is slightly more expensive, so it’s good to go w a friend to share a dessert!

this is a no frills cafe tbh it’s a v simple layout, but omg the beignets r so good?? i also love that they sold cute little knick knacks in the cafe!
