Hello beautiful angels! Do you have damaged or brittle hair? Well maybe because you are doing basic steps the wrong way! 😱
Do you know that our hair is super easy to damage?😭 Specially when they are wet. 💔
So here are the steps and tips that I will be sharing with you to have a healthy and bouncy hair. 🥰
1. Do not use a regular towel, I admit back then I usually use towels that are meant for our body. 😥 Turns out it is not made for our hair. So our hair becomes damaged because we are using the wrong fabric.🤔 Instead use a microfiber towel or a cotton shirt, you don’t have to spend on it, just look for old cotton shirt and you are good to go!🥰
2. Our hair always gets tangles here and there and we usually brush it from roots to tips, but do you know that it can damage our hair, specially the roots.😉 So if I were you, focus only on the middle to the tips, you can also trim it if you like. 😘
3. Sleep with a loose braid or a high bun, sleeping with free hair makes our hair fragile and suspected for damages. 😱If you want a volumized hair the next morning then do this method. 😁
Changes in our hair routine is a commitment, I hope we can all have a healthy damaged free hair.☺️
