Many days, we don't have the time or energy to cook elaborate meals. This is especially the case if we're hungry and want something as soon as possible! Here's a low effort full day of eating that minimizes prep time:
Breakfast: Egg bites with orange
- These are egg bites from Costco that taste just like the ones from Starbucks!
- Cut up an orange so you don’t have to peel it
Lunch: High protein quesadilla
- Cook ground turkey with a sauce of your choice (I used Korean bulgogi sauce)
- Take a low carb tortilla and sprinkle on shredded cheese
- Add the cooked meat onto the tortilla, fold in half, and do a final crisp-up on the pan
Snack: Just a protein bar, super easy
Dinner: Pizza with broccoli
- Frozen cauliflower crust pizza: just pop it in the oven
- Sautee some frozen broccoli for extra fiber and vitamins
