I’ve learned the moooost important thing that changed everything and how quick and how much I was seeing results was incorporating 10 minute stretch, then 10/15 minute warm up with glute bridges, donkey kicks, rdls, and back lunges. You have to activate and warm up your targeted muscles so you know what to feel when lifting. It gets the blood flowing.
