damn good, damn worth maze soba + mentaiko salmon

in a S11 coffeeshop, you will find the famous Mr Meepok and Kinobe by Hive Brothers & Co. one sells meepok for $5 and the other sells dons for less than $10.

we ordered the maze soba from mr meepok for $6.50 and topped up for mushrooms, and mentaiko salmon don from kinobe for $10.

for the price, the maze soba IS SO GOOD. it was extremely flavourful. it has the alexandra central soba on its TOES—- because the sauce is sooo rich and bursting w flavour, and yet it’s half the price. the egg adds to the creaminess. while the meat isn’t insane, the noodles are so springy, and worth savouring every bite.

the don was still really good, generous portions of mentaiko and the egg really fresh. not too much to brag about but still, worth a try.
