Trying out the famous Phed Mark! 🔥

Mark Wiens is famous for his love of spicy food and I love spicy food so I definitely have to try out Mark Wiens’ Bangkok Restaurant Phed Mark! Can’t believe it’s my first time trying this out although I visited Bangkok so many times 🤭🤣

They mainly specialises in Pad Kaprao and minced meat is most commonly used in pad kaprao! But here you can choose between beef, pork, Thai sour sausage, wagyu beef and even squid. Plus, there’s a vegetarian version 🤩 I choose the pork one 🤭

There are five levels of spice levels and No.1 Non Spicy (one yellow chilli) and no.5 is VERY Spicy (four red chillies)! I opt for the level 4 (medium signature) one 🥵 As someone who can tahan chilli very well, this was indeed spicy and damn shiok omg I love it!! The duck eggs were perfection as well 🫶🏻 my friend like spicy as well but she say this level really too much for her! Hence, do take note of the spice level and take a level that you are comfortable with!

However, the place is quite small so do get prepared to queue and wait. The best thing is that there is aircon so I never sweat inside although the food was spicy 🤭
