PENANG ITINERARY 🇲🇾

Last year I went to Penang twice and here are some of my MUST DOs & EAT! You can easily complete all these within a day! 💗

1) Penang Hill

So basically you take a funicular (fast and steep) to the highest peak of Penang Hill stand! The view is excellent up there and I had the best avocado shake there 😜 Recommended to go early because it might get busy!

2) Penang Road Famous Teochew Chendul @ Keng Kwee Street

My partner doesn’t even like chendol but this chendol is 😮‍💨 I can never go back to eating chendol in Singapore because of this… The queue is quite insane though!

3) Asam Laksa & Char Kway Teow

Just beside the chendol, there is like a “food court” where you can eat your chendol there and order food from there! It’s super crowded but the food is amazing! I won’t say it’s super cheap though but you must definitely order the asam laksa, char kway teow and popiah! Hits the spot 😜

4) Mural Art

There are actually so many mural art at Penang and we managed to walk through all! If you wish to see, I used this https://www.wheregoesrose.com/street-art-penang/ to guide me! It’s so interesting to walk around and take many instaworthy photos 📷

5) Rainbow Skywalk

This is the highest outdoor sky walk at Penang and you get a 360 degree view of Penang! There is even an Observatory Deck which is an indoor air-conditioned attraction at level 65 that is a glass walkway where you can challenge yourself to face you fear of heights with a true walk-on-air experience! 😱

I would definitely love to visit Penang again for their cafes as I heard there are many cafes there but one thing is that it may be almost the same price as Singapore 🇸🇬 shocking!
