They jump in, full of confidence, but soon realise they’ve missed some key info. Meanwhile, the more experienced people in the room are taking their time, asking questions, and double-checking everything. That’s because they’ve learned from experience that the more you know, the more you realize how much more there is to learn. 📚

Being smart isn’t about knowing everything - it’s about recognising that you don’t know everything. Feeling stupid actually symbolises growth, as it keeps you curious, humble, and always learning.
