Homemade apple sauce

After you freeze the mixture in the molds for 24 hours, you can transfer them into a freezer bag.

When you want to enjoy one, just heat it up in the microwave (in 30 second intervals) until it's warm enough for you. You can sprinkle as much cinnamon as you like on top after heating it up.

I don't add cinnamon before freezing because I use the plain applesauce to substitute egg in recipes for my daughter, who is allergic to eggs.
