CLICK TO SEE THE AFTER 🤩 : DIY foam mirror

If you remember during Covid we were all home being creative in different ways and this trend came up. People were foaming all types of furniture. I decided to do a mirror and was so happy with the results.

After about 2 years, the foam started to change color, which is inevitable with this product. So to make it pop, I decided to change the color.

I went back and forth with color options between Gold, Silver and Black as my options. Although I think the gold would HIT, I chose black because I have a large golden mirror already (I’ll show you later).

This project was super fun but did require some time. Taping wasn’t hard, but I had to rip the tape all types of ways for it to fit in the grooves. I sprayed one layer each day for 3 days and let it dry for an additional three days.

If any paint gets on the mirror it can be removed with a blade or some type of paint remover. I didn’t have that issue so I’m insure of what remover to recommend.
