Let's be honest: long flights kind of suck. Especially if you are in stuck in economy.
But even if you aren't blessed with lie-flat seats and champagne, there are still some things you can do to make your experience a bit more comfortable and - dare I say - luxurious.
After suffering through more than my fair share of long sleepless flights, here are a few items I have learned to bring along that can instantly boost my mood.
1. Rosewater Facial Mist - Nothing feels better on my parched skin in the middle of a flight than a crisp spritz of this mist. It has a lovely subtle scent, too!
2. Hydrating & Melatonin Packets - Let's face it: one of the best parts of a long flight is the free booze. But that little bottle of wine isn't doing our body any favors, so these packets give my hydration a much-needed boost. Bonus for the melatonin packets which can help lull me to an (upright) sleep.
3. Silk Sleeping Mask - Another way to help get me to snooze on a plane? A silky soft eye mask that feels like butter on my skin.
4. Gold Collagen Undereye Gel Mask - I usually am looking rough after a (relatively sleepless) long flight. These collagen gel eye masks help boost my skin in a pinch and have me looking and maybe even feeling well-rested.
