✨ While living in Germany I realized just how many small towns there are! So small that some call them villages. Of course, there was still a grocery store, a coffee shop, a restaurant or two, and a church, but for the most part the streets often looked like a ghost town, as you can see from the pictures. In the US you’ll often hear people speak of “small towns,” but Germany’s small towns are in no comparison.

✨For me, exploring the local, small towns was a low budget, fun activity! I loved just walking around and taking pictures of anything unique. 😊 This can be a fun date, family, or even a solo activity! Check your city’s surrounding areas for small towns and see what gems you find! 💎
