Goats and Yoga 🥰

Goat yoga has been on our list of “must try activities” for a long time.

If I’m are being honest, it had been a hot minute since I’d taken a yoga class. The last one I took was years ago at a hot yoga studio. Luckily, it was very beginner or “beginning again” friendly.
