Hotel Resol Ueno true review

Lobang queen love japan and I will definitely visit japan once or twice a year

Everyone have their own need

For me daily cleaning is a must

Hotel Resol Ueno used to be one of my favourite hotel , but ever since they changed their cleaning rule , I have given up this hotel already

Pro 👍

1 : super close to JR Ueno , less than 5mins walk

2: New hotel so consider clean

3: Room with heater which is great for winter

4:Free hotel Amenities at basement with cleansing oil, bath salt, tea etc

5: Able to accept parcel receive before reaching

Con🥶

1: Breakfast need to pre order when check in

Like if I stayed for 5 nights , during check in I need to order my breakfast for the following 5 nights in a shot

Their breakfast just so so, not worth to top up for it

2: I can’t accept room cleaning is only available after 5th night stay and have to throw rubbish myself daily

they do provide towel change daily

Need to put dirty towel into the recycle bag that they provided and they will hang new towel outside door room

(but I’m unsure if they use back the same recycle bag ? Or do they clean their recycle bag? )

that why I given up this hotel

during this 4 days , the toilet was so humid and poor Ventilation which cause it to smell bad during second day

For my recent search price increased to almost $180 per night , I can find a better hotel with better deal so for me I won’t return to this hotel anymore
