without making a terribly long caption, here’s a run down of what an RTL and DSP is (as mentioned in the photos!) & a tiny bit about my role!

✨RTL (me!)✨

🤍means “Residential Team Leader”.

🤍i supervise 5 Group Home Managers (my partner, another RTL, supervises the other 5 managers.)

🤍we train, conduct meetings, collaborate, manage over time & staff retention - and so much more!

🤍we have 21 homes total, over 60 Persons Supported (IDD Clients) and close to 200 staff (who we call DSP’s)
