Shirt 1 : pinch shirt in middle and twist until small spiral is formed , add rubber bands from all directions and fill each section in between bands with color , saturating fully on both sides .

Shirt 2 : fold shirt back and forth in accordion style with 2 inch sections until shirt is folded completely , add rubber bands across the length of the shirt , pour color on top of rubber bands , instead of in between and allow colors to meet in center on their own, making sure shirt is fully saturated .

- let shirts dry completely , rinse until clear with cold water .
