Summer Charcuterie Board 🍓🫐🧀🥖

If you’re planning to entertain at home and need an easy appetizer idea, a charcuterie board is my go to for an easy to make and fun to eat appetizer, that’s also pretty. My number one tip for a good charcuterie board is using good, simple, and fresh ingredients. I always use fresh berries and try to find the best quality cheeses to put on my board. It may be a little pricer but how often do you splurge on good cheese?? I also love how you can change up what you put on the board as well depending on the seasons. No matter what season though there are 5 general rules that I stick to when making my board.

1. I always use the same crackers. Those are the only crackers that are ever allowed to be on my charcuterie board. 😅 They’re called Milton’s Craft Bakers Gourmet Crackers. It comes in a purple box. They are just my favorite.

2. Use at least two different cheeses

3. Add nuts for extra crunch

4. Use good salami! No Hormel pepperoni 🚫😱

5. And this is the most important. Always use fresh herbs for garnish. Granted no one will actually eat it, it really tops off your board nicely and makes it so very fresh and pretty.
