So, I’m on a weightloss journey, but I still love sweets. So guess what? I had a treat because I had availability in my calories for the day! And guess what else? I still lost weight this week, 4lbs to be transparent. Don’t let your body crave things. Don’t let your mind crave things. Portion control has been so helpful to me through my journey and I am so glad I can still have a treat every now and again even though I’m trying to make a lifestyle change!
