Lump crab and spinach stuffed chicken breast 😙🤌🏽✨

This was absolutely delicious and easy to make.

I used lump crab meat, spinach, two garlic cloves, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan , red pepper flakes, your choice of seasoning and lemon juice. I cooked the mixture down. Same as for seasoning the chicken use seasoning of your choice. I cut a slit in the sides of the chicken breast and stuffed as much as possible then I baked at 375* for 45 minutes. Then I broiled for a court of minutes for browning purposes. I pared it with home fries and extra sweet corn on the cob with some homemade ranch that my daughter made. Don’t ask why!
