Any hypothyroidism girlies on here?!

Recently found out I have hypothyroidism among a few other health issues that I can currently working on healing!

Here are 3 things I’ve added to my home to help assist my body in this journey

Berkey water filter 💧: Most tap water is filled with hundreds of contaminants. Water bottles aren’t much better either. I went with the berkey filter because it takes out over 200 contaminants including fluoride. A close second would be aqua true for a good water filter

Air doctor air filter 🌬️: phthalates, flame retardants, PFAs, and synthetic fragrance can all be found in indoor air. These chemicals are known to cause hormone disruptions and more. We spend more time in doors than previous generations so having a great air filter is a must! Air doctor is one of the top rated and I love it because it can be set to just run in the background automatically

Red light sauna 🥵 : my last post I talked in depth in red light sauna! Perfect device for healing. Helps with detoxing the cells, boosting performance, muscle soreness and so much more
