doing anime lashes w/ mascara! 🫶🏽

listen, I have hooded eyes 🦭… so I feel like the wispy look can give some dimension and depth to my eyes compared to regularly applying mascara.

you can achieve this look easily with using singular strips of faux lash spikes, or do like me and just use mascara (bc i’m so trash at applying faux lashes omg😭)

to do it is really simple and easy🗒️

❥ pick ur mascara of choice😎 my go to currently is bad gal bang by benefit but literally any mascara is fine 🌞

❥ have a pair of tweezers on standby 🤏🏽

❥ use a compact mirror, or a mirror that you can comfortably get up close in 🪞

apply your mascara as you would normally. then take your tweezers and group them together in spikes. 6-8 spikes is what I usually end up with but just play around with it and see what you like best🪄

also do it one lash-line area at a time 🫣

[don’t apply both top and bottom and then go in with tweezers, apply top—use tweezers, apply bottom—use tweezers. that way the mascara won’t set/dry before ur able to start sticking them together]
